PRACTICE AREA
Colter J. McArdle is an Associate Attorney with the firm. Colter’s primary area of practice is in Workers’ Compensation, which he has been doing since 2018. Colter started his career working for a local firm that represents injured workers. After approximately four years in that role, Colter took a position with the Attorney General of Ohio, where he worked in the Workers’ Compensation Section for almost two years representing the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation in litigation. After working for the Attorney General, Colter returned to private practice, where he again represented injured workers at a local firm for a period of one and a half years, before making the change to the defense side and joining Matty, Henrikson & Greve. Colter’s experience is broad, having worked in positions that represent all possible parties to a Workers’ Compensation claim, and he is excited to bring that experience to this firm where he is representing companies on all aspects of Workers’ Compensation – from the first administrative hearing, all the way through litigation. Colter is currently a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
In his free time, Colter enjoys watching his two children compete in wrestling, soccer, baseball, and powerlifting events across the state and country.
